Asphalt Binder
AAC will produce a full range of Performance Grade asphalt binder products, including standard and modified grades, designed to meet diverse climate conditions, traffic demands, and infrastructure requirements across North America.
By combining feedstock quality, near-zero-carbon modular processing, and secure logistics, we provide a reliable, sustainable supply of asphalt binder at scale — addressing critical market needs for longer-lasting roads, reduced lifecycle costs, and lower carbon footprints in construction materials.
Carbon Fiber
Our strategy includes a focus on carbon fiber feedstock as a market, leveraging our existing production capabilities to expand into advanced materials and industrial markets. Athabasca Asphalt is currently conducting early sampling with carbon fiber producers to gain a deeper understanding of a future feedstock that best serves this market.
